This contract ("Contract") is entered into by [Jessica Barnak] (the "Coach") and [Client Name] (the "Client") on the date of payment for the coaching services (the "Effective Date").

1. Services. The Coach agrees to provide the Client with one-on-one business coaching services (the "Services") for a total cost of $997, which must be paid in full before the start of the coaching session. The Services shall include, but are not limited to, coaching on business strategy, marketing, funnels, and content marketing.

2. Refund Policy. No refund will be given for the coaching services provided under this Contract.

3. Duration of Contract. The duration of this Contract shall be for a single session spanning 2 hours, held on zoom and scheduled at the Client's convenience.  Client will be provided with a recording of this session and any pertinent session notes within 48 hours of session completion.

4. Confidentiality. The Coach shall not disclose any confidential information shared by the Client during the coaching sessions, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing by the Client.

5. Termination. This Contract may be terminated by either party upon written notice to the other party.

6. Governing Law. This Contract shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware.

7. Entire Agreement. This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior agreements and understandings, whether oral or written, with respect to the subject matter of this Contract.

8. Waiver. The failure of either party to enforce any provision of this Contract shall not be deemed a waiver of the right to enforce such provision.

9. Severability. If any provision of this Contract is held to be invalid or unenforceable, such provision shall be struck and the remaining provisions shall be enforced.
